David is a criminal defense lawyer and former public defender with extensive trial experience, especially in Broward courts. David is head of the firm's criminal practice. He is a 2001 graduate, with honors, of Nova Southeastern University Sheperd Broad Law Center.
Born in New Jersey, David grew up in his parents' native Colombia before returning to the U.S. at the age of thirteen. A graduate of JP Taravella High School, David earned a soccer scholarship to Nova Southeastern University where he teamed up with childhood friend and future law partner, Gus Bravo.
After graduating from Nova's law school, David honed his trial skills as a Broward Public Defender, handling all types of criminal matters. David then decided to venture on his own and eventually founded the Law Offices of David Salomon, P.A., a successful criminal defense practice based in Fort Lauderdale. For years, David handled and tried a wide range of criminal cases in South Florida, always fighting to uphold the Constitutional rights of the accused.
Today, at Salomon Bravo, David continues the fight; except that now he uses his vast advocacy and trial experience to not only fight for the accused but also for the injured. Additionally, David lends his vast entrepreneurial experience to the firm's small business clients.
David and his family reside in Plantation.
